Real Estate Salesperson on the North Shore with Harcourts Cooper & Co (Licensed Agent REAA 2008)

Probably just another real estate agent with a certificate but this one is a little special 🖤

I’ve been awarded an AREINZ designation, which means I am now an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

To achieve this, you must have completed both your Branch Manager and Agency qualifications and hold your Agency Licence.

Associate Membership recognises significant contributions to the real estate profession and the Institute.

Proud to achieve this milestone, for myself and for the clients who trust me with buying and selling their biggest assets. I’ll never stop learning, asking questions (you all know I love to!) and sharing knowledge in an industry I’m genuinely passionate about.

First ones in, and last ones out with the keys! 🔑

I knew from the get-go this one was going to be theirs!

So grateful for the opportunity to help this beautiful family find their next home. There’s something so special about being part of a journey like this, and I couldn’t be happier for them.

Excited by the call I received to list this property and the opportunity to work alongside Council. Lots of learning to come, which you know I LOVE!

Interested in a tidy three-bedroom brick and tile home in Mt Wellington? Give me a call.

Open homes this Saturday & Sunday at 2pm.

Recently I’ve gone out into the community and had some fun!

I thought I was in for a bit of rejection therapy, but it turns out the majority of people were more than happy to stop and have a chat.

A little sneak peek at what happens when my love of community, honest conversations and real estate meet.

Watch more and follow along over on TikTok - with new videos every few days.

Where Lifestyle Meets Future Opportunity

Loved and cared for by the same family for more than 21 years, this has been the setting for countless memories; family gatherings, backyard cricket, summer evenings on the deck, and fruit picked straight from the orchard.

My most memorable Vendor…

It was my absolute pleasure to be a small part of the journey, my friend 🫧

The Perfect Starter | Sold After a Multi-Offer Presentation

Our lovely vendors have taken the next step on their property journey leaving an exciting opportunity for the lovely buyers to make memories of their own.

One thing I genuinely love about real estate is that every sale teaches me something because every sale is different. After each property gets its SOLD sticker, I always take time to reflect on what I can learn and pass on to others.

With this one, my biggest takeaway is simple: if you're buying a unit title property and plan to build additional structures, make sure you obtain Body Corporate consent! It's a small step that can save significant time, cost, and complications later on.

If you've got questions about buying, selling, or anything property-related, give me a call. I love talking real estate 💙

For those who don’t know, I’m so very honoured to be the Chairperson of Feed the Need NZ, a registered charity helping in the battle against food insecurity.

In 2019, Feed the Need introduced our Pātaka Kura initiative, providing food storage within school communities for those who need a helping hand.

Unfortunately, after the devastating weather events and COVID, they didn’t stand the test of time.

This year, we’ve decided to relaunch this initiative as Pātaka Kai (Food Pantry), growing from the original concept and taking inspiration from other Pātaka.

I often say I have a heart full of charity, but I’ve since decided this Pātaka Kai is in fact, a true reflection instead. Built by whānau, supported by the community, and cared for by loving volunteers with a genuine desire to make the journey a little easier. And, of course, filled with kai!

May it always be a place where people know they are welcome, where no one feels whakamā to take what they need, and where our community comes together to give what they can. 💙

SOLD OFF MARKET | This sale comes with quite a story…

Listed by another agent earlier this year, we were so happy to be the ones to bring our overseas vendor together with a buyer we knew would absolutely love their home.

It doesn’t always happen like this, but when it does, it really feels like it was meant to be.
