📢 Attention NZ Landlords – Bond Lodgements have changed!
All bonds must now be lodged through Bond Hub, the new Tenancy Services online system. If you haven’t used it yet, here’s a quick rundown to keep you compliant and stress‑free.
🔐 How to Lodge a Bond in Bond Hub
1️⃣ Create or log in to your Tenancy Services account
Use your RealMe login to access Bond Hub.
2️⃣ Add your property
Enter the rental address and your landlord details so the system recognises you.
3️⃣ Start a new bond lodgement
Add your tenant’s details, rent amount, and bond amount.
4️⃣ Upload the tenancy agreement
A clear PDF or image works perfectly.
5️⃣ Send the bond request to your tenant
They’ll receive an email to confirm their details and pay their share.
6️⃣ Make your landlord payment
Once the tenant has completed their part, you’ll be prompted to pay your portion.
7️⃣ Done!
You’ll receive confirmation once the bond is fully lodged and processed.
