One question I think everyone should ask before buying land:
“What happens after I pay?” 👀
Because buying land isn’t just about making a transfer and getting a receipt.
You should be able to see the land, understand the documentation, know the allocation process and actually know what you’re paying for.
That’s why I believe in seeing the process, not just hearing the promises. 🏡
And honestly, if owning land has been on your list for a while, maybe September is the month to stop saying “one day.” 🌱
