In real estate, good customer service is not just about finding you a property. It is about what happens before, during and after the transaction.

It is the due diligence.
The documentation.
The follow-up.
The updates.
The inspections.
The questions answered.
The problems handled.
And being present even after payment has been made.

For me, buying property should come with more than a receipt. It should come with confidence.

And when clients buy again, refer their people, or trust me to help them acquire property even when they are not physically in Nigeria, that means more to me than any title I could give myself.
