We are seeking US$5 million in development capital and are open to discussions with investors, family offices, developmentfinance partners, construction companies, hospitality operators and strategic joint-venture partners.
Proposed investment terms:
ā¢ Capital requirement: US$5 million
ā¢ Proposed one time investor return: 10% US$500,000
ā¢ Proposed return payment: end of Year 4
ā¢ Proposed principal repayment: end of Year 5
ā¢ Total proposed repayment: US$5.5 million
The proposed 10% return is a one time return. It is not an annual or compounding return.
D Crest Residence is currently at the pre-development and capital formation stage. Land acquisition forms part of the proposed project programme.
The development strategy is designed to combine premium residential sales, hospitality income, strategic land value and retained assets within one coordinated destination.
