I was about to buy 12 plots of land at 2.5m each.
Royal family was selling.
A "trusted" surveyor introduced me to it.

Nwannem, na so the Igbo babe in me decided to engage a lawyer to dig into the land. Lawyer charged me 300k. I paid.

Lawyer say make I run 4-40.
The land is marked for government industrial development (oh chim) and not held by the family oh.

Lawyer just dey shout:
