If only this hot sun will let me love on these heights - real estate is messing with my brain(in a good way). I have watched Dubai grow over the past decade, in terms of new structures & infrastructure.

Investors are drawn to stability and the government here encourages them with certain incentives and boom 💥….endless tourism.

As a Realtor….my desire is to achieve peace of mind for my clients and I. In Lagos, there are property investments that will guarantee you that peace especially for “off plan”. But guess what? There are more that can drive you crazy, yes! They all blame it on government🤷‍♀️🙄

This is why i don’t sell just any off plan, I’m very selective because hey…I have paid my dues. Seen a lot to understand that a happy investor pays me more than agency fee. Now we don’t chase money, we chase the people that understand we are committed to making them happy because we will.

This is all I do for a living - breathing safe oxygen, walking🚶🏽‍♀️round Lagos to make sure people who have worked hard for their money don’t regret their property investments……while drinking lots of water 💦🤗.
