Every summit starts with a welcome. Mine started with a question about where real estate goes next?

Look at how nations grow. Economies that once leaned heavily on agriculture are now industrialized and connected to the world. That didn’t happen by staying put, exposure only matters if it changes you.

So I told the room: stop thinking locally. The future of real estate has no borders. The money, the technology, the knowledge and the opportunities already move across them.
But that alone isn’t enough. We need strong institutions, accessible mortgages, credible developers and regulation people can rely on. And all of it rests on one thing: trust.

Here’s the shift I want us to make. We have celebrated deals for a long time. Now it’s time to build businesses that don’t depend on one person to survive.
