Mrs. Annie bought her Mufasa Prime home off-plan.
At that time it was just bare land. Price: 120 million.

Today the project is nearing completion
But here’s the interesting part:
Current selling price mid-construction: 230 million.

That’s 110 million in capital gain already!
Before the house is even finished.

But there was one more decision to make.
