Going the extra mile, by design.
It’s Customer Service Week, and this year’s theme, Go the Extra Mile, sits close to the first of our principles: Human Before Structure.
For over two decades, we have built homes, spaces and experiences across Lagos. What has always set the work apart is not only the structure. It is the care behind it: the extra site visit, the detail revisited, the client call returned before it was expected, the follow-through after the keys are handed over.
Across our house of brands, from DOMO and Ehima Cave Spa to Edo Restaurant and Bar, Royal Residences and Ilupeju Gardens, our teams show up every day for the people we serve. This week, we celebrate them: the front desk, the site teams, the concierge, the kitchen, the client relations staff, and everyone whose patience and attention shape how our clients feel.
