Stamp Duty Exemptions Budget 2027 for First Home Buyers 🥳

Ps: Full Stamp Duty Exemption for Buyers (not-just first-timers) of abondoned housing projects from year 2027-2030

首购房屋与印花税优惠

首相兼财政部长安华宣布，政府建议为购买价格不超过50万令吉首套房屋的购屋者，提供贷款协议及产业转让文件的全额印花税豁免。

对于价格超过50万令吉、但不超过75万令吉的首套房屋，政府则建议首50万令吉部分享有全额豁免，余下金额享有50%的印花税豁免。

有关优惠拟适用于2027年1月1日至2030年12月31日期间签署的合资格买卖协议。
