We are hiring a Marketing Manager.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, including team or agency management.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media and paid advertising.
* Ability to plan project launches, sales events, broker events and property exhibitions.
* Strong content creation, communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing budgets, agencies, suppliers and campaign performance.
* Good understanding of the local market; diaspora marketing experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and execute monthly marketing and event calendars.
* Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team on follow-up and conversion.
* Manage social media, advertising, videos, brochures and outdoor branding.
* Monitor cost per lead, lead quality and campaign return.
* Maintain consistent Reportage branding across all materials.
* Submit weekly performance reports and monthly budget updates.
* Obtain regional approvals for marketing budgets, campaigns, events and agency appointments.
