FIMAA-Umfrage: So steht der Immobilienmarkt im 2. Halbjahr 2026
Der Kaufmarkt bleibt stabil, die Preise legen weiter leicht zu (rund +4 %). Bei Mietwohnungen wächst die Nachfrage, das Angebot schrumpft: 71 % der Makler melden mehr Interessenten.
Und was bremst den Markt? In Trentino-Südtirol sehen die Makler vor allem eines: Preise, die zu den Einkommen nicht mehr passen. Fast sieben von zehn Nennungen gehen in diese Richtung, im italienischen Schnitt sind es knapp vier von zehn.

Il mercato delle compravendite si conferma stabile, con prezzi in leggero e continuo aumento (circa +4%). Per quanto riguarda le locazioni, la domanda cresce a fronte di un'offerta in contrazione: il 71% degli agenti immobiliari segnala un incremento degli interessati.
Cosa frena il mercato? In Trentino-Alto Adige gli agenti individuano un fattore principale: prezzi ormai sproporzionati rispetto ai redditi. Quasi sette segnalazioni su dieci vanno in questa direzione, contro una media nazionale di circa quattro su dieci.
