India’s office market continues to be shaped by a few key business hubs, with Bengaluru leading gross leasing activity in Q2 2026.
Bengaluru accounted for 24.6% of leasing volumes, followed by Delhi NCR (21.6%), Pune (17.7%) and Chennai (13.9%). Together, these four markets contributed 77.8% of total leasing activity.
What does this mean for workspace decisions?
For businesses planning expansion, relocation, or a return to the office, these markets offer important signals for evaluating where to establish a presence. For workspace providers, the data reinforces the importance of having the right mix of private cabins, meeting rooms and flexible workspace options to serve evolving business needs.
