Dharavi Redevelopment Project: Mumbai ki Dharavi ki zameen ka kya hoga? 🏙️

Adani Group ke ₹3 lakh crore ke Dharavi redevelopment project mein 600 acres ka area shamil hai. Project ke tahat eligible residents ko 350 sq ft ke ghar milenge, jabki purani jhuggiyon wali zameen par approved plan ke according redevelopment hoga.

Will register karwa di hai? Property ko lekar ye 3 legal facts zaroor jaan lo! ⚖️📜

India mein Will aur property inheritance ko lekar kuch important legal rules hain jo har property owner ko pata hone chahiye.

1️⃣ Will Registration 100% Mandatory Nahi Hai

Registration Act, 1908 ke Section 18(e) ke under Will ka registration optional hai. Lekin Will ki validity ke liye proper ex*****on aur applicable legal requirements follow karna zaroori hai.

2️⃣ Probate Har Case Mein Mandatory Nahi Hai

Indian Succession Act, 1925 ke Section 213 aur Section 57 ke under kuch specific cases mein Probate ki requirement ho sakti hai. Ye Will, location aur applicable legal provisions par depend karta hai.

3️⃣ Registered Will Bhi Court Mein Challenge Ho Sakti Hai

Will register hone ka matlab ye nahi ki use kabhi challenge nahi kiya ja sakta. Agar Will ki genuineness, signature, mental capacity ya undue influence ko lekar dispute ho, toh court mein challenge ho sakta hai.
