**THE WAIT IS OVER… AND I PASSED UP RERA EXAM! 🎉🏅**
📅 **7th October 2026 — A Day to Remember.**
On 9th September, I began a new journey with the **49th UP RERA Batch**.
Three full days of training.
One day of examination.
And then… almost a month of waiting. ⏳
The examination was over on 12th September, but the journey wasn't complete. The result was yet to come.
And finally, on **7th October 2026, the result was declared.**
**I PASSED! ✅🎉**
For me, this is more than just clearing an examination. It's a reminder that learning should never stop, especially in a profession where people trust you with their hard-earned money and their dreams.
🏡 **Real Estate is not just about buying and selling properties.**
It's about knowledge, responsibility, transparency and helping people make informed decisions.
This achievement is another step in my journey to become a more knowledgeable and responsible real-estate professional.
And as I move forward with **Magic Soil**, my commitment remains the same:
🤝 **Reliable. Professional. Committed.**
The journey of learning continues. The responsibility grows. And the goal remains to earn the trust of every person who puts their faith in me.
🙏 Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way.
**One milestone achieved. Many more lessons to learn.**
