Hyderabad Leads Home Sales Growth Among India’s Top 7 Cities! 🏙️

Hyderabad’s residential market recorded stronger sales and a sharp increase in new housing launches during July–September 2026.

Here’s what the Q3 figures reveal:
📈 Around 13,000 homes sold — a 15% year-on-year increase, the highest sales growth among the seven cities tracked.
🏗️ Approximately 18,950 new homes launched — a 120% increase compared with the same quarter last year.
📊 Combined housing sales across the top seven cities grew 3%, highlighting Hyderabad’s stronger annual growth.

For homebuyers, the increase in launches can bring more projects to evaluate. Location, connectivity, developer credibility, RERA registration, construction progress and the total purchase cost remain essential points to compare.

A ₹459 crore infrastructure project is progressing at one of Hyderabad’s busiest IT corridor junctions, aiming to ease congestion and improve daily commutes.

The project includes:
🔹 Three flyovers, including two double-decker structures
🔹 A 520-metre, six-lane underpass
🔹 Combined road structures spanning 3.39 km
🔹 98% of land acquisition completed, with utility relocation underway

Once completed, the upgrade is expected to enable signal-free movement and reduce travel time through the junction by 10–15 minutes, improving connectivity between ISB Road, DLF, Gachibowli and Lingampally.

₹1,108 Crore Sanctioned for Manchirevula Temple Complex & Six-Lane Connectivity! 🛕

A new development update from Hyderabad’s Musi riverfront.

The Telangana government has sanctioned ₹1,108.27 crore for the Sri Omkareswara Swamy Temple complex and associated road infrastructure at Manchirevula, Gandipet, as part of the Musi Riverfront Development project.

Here are the key highlights:
🔹 ₹948.65 crore allocated for the temple complex, including architectural, civil and structural works.
🔹 ₹159.62 crore sanctioned for a proposed 2.5-km, 100-foot-wide, six-lane approach road.
🔹 The road will link the temple complex, adjoining Greyhounds land and Young India Police School with the Musi riverfront road network.

Envisioned as “Dakshina Kashi,” the proposed complex will include associated shrines, mandapams, gopurams, a temple pond and an iconic Shiva statue.

The announcement marks administrative approval for these works, bringing planned cultural infrastructure and connectivity at Manchirevula into focus.

Wipro Circle to Be Renamed Dr Manmohan Singh Circle! 📍

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) standing committee has approved renaming Wipro Circle as Dr Manmohan Singh Circle, honouring the former Prime Minister.

The committee also approved naming the nearby HMDA-developed park as Dr Manmohan Singh Memorial Park.

Located in the Financial District–Gachibowli area, the junction is a familiar reference point for residents, office-goers and visitors. These approvals mark a change in the names of two local landmarks.
