Take a look at the September 2026 construction update of Bricks Marvella, Tellapur, and see the project continue to take shape as construction progresses steadily across the development.
In A Block, all three basements, the stilt level and all 32 floors have been completed. Tile work has reached the 21st floor, with the 22nd floor currently in progress. Force core putty work has been completed up to the 25th floor, while work on the 26th floor is in progress. Door installation has been completed across 17 floors, with the 18th floor currently underway. UPVC window installation has reached the 21st floor, with work progressing on the 22nd floor.
In B Block, the stilt transfer slab has been completed, with first floor construction currently in progress. Brickwork for the clubhouse is also underway.
