🚑 Automated External Defibrillation practiced on our defibrillator located at the pool, which is listed with National Ambulance Service

💦 Lastly casualty recognition and safe retrieval from the water.

I believe there was also an almighty amount of craic had on the course and a new member of staff inducted - behind my back 😁

I'm beyond proud of everyone. Fair play. Amazing effort. Led by the equally amazing Swim 21 Training who returned for another suite of training courses. It's always a pleasure to work with you Evan. Thank you.🙏 course and a new member of staff inducted - behind my back 😁

As we experience one of our busiest days in weeks, we thank you for visiting our pool! Children, adults, families, sauna users, our friends from Brothers of Charity, our regulars for Aquastrength, those with limited mobility, our swimmers in their regular swim lessons... and tonight the lads using the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. We appreciate each and every one of ye. Ye support a service, employment, happiness and a place to visit on a cold, dark evening. All are welcome 🤗
