Yay!!! 🎉

We did it... Harvest 2026 is complete! This year the weather wasn’t on our side... but we did have our wonderful team byColovic.

Feeling so happy and humbled to have our family and friends here supporting us 🩷 We can’t thank you all enough for your help with equipment, knowledge, effort, and above all the time you invested in supporting us!!

Now we and our liquid gold 🫒🫒 will rest for a few days, and then, new GoExplore adventures begin.

When it's time to prepare the olive grove for harvest and you expect 4 days of work. Then your neighbor turns up with the tractor to give you a hand and gets it done in one hour.🚜 How lucky am I☺️!

Had a wonderful adventure today, visiting Izvor Una, (the source of river Una) and Nationalni Park Una on both the BiH and Croatian sides of the river. Treated with the most beautiful landscape as always. Found some friends on the road as usual🐂...

Tiny figs this year, but plenty enough to make marmelade. 🌶🪴🙂. Flavoured with chilli and rosemary as always. Any ideas what other flavours i can use and how i can lighten up the sweetness?
