Our Airbnb Strategy Session gives you 60 minutes to work through your specific challenges with LLB.

Bring questions about setting up a property, improving a listing, pricing, guest communication or day to day systems. We will focus on your situation and agree practical next steps.

The session is £149 including VAT and takes place by video call.

You have people looking after the property locally. You still have the guest messages, calendars, pricing and booking administration to manage.

LLB Remote Management supports hosts and operators who already have local teams in place. We handle guest communication, pricing and calendar management, Airbnb and Booking.com management, and coordination with your existing cleaners, laundry and maintenance contacts.

This is a remote service. Physical visits, inspections, emergency call outs and contractor sourcing are not included.

Message REMOTE with your property location, number of units and current setup. We will discuss whether the service is a suitable fit.
