Cowbit - Land Acquired

Seagate Homes are pleased to have acquired this small but appropriately located site at Cowbit, Lincolnshire, which forms an obvious development site on the edge of the village and nicely abuts a site we have recently delivered for ACCENT housing.
In the design process of the recently delivered site, Seagate Homes considered and respectfully designed around existing railway buildings, a tightly shaped site, and the local architecture remaining from the former Spalding to March railway line.
It was great to see how a design of 2 and 3 bedroomed homes could be delivered and make effective use of another brown field site, whilst slotting into a village without making any inappropriate impact or feeling out of place.
We hope that a similar scheme will be well received again by planners, showing what benefits we can provide locally when care and consideration of the surroundings is taken at early stages.

🎯 Seagate Homes is proud to support Lincolnshire’s Youth County Darts Team! 🎯

We’re delighted to have sponsored the shirts for the team as they represent Lincolnshire in county darts, playing locally out of Spalding.

And what a start! The team kicked off their campaign with a fantastic first-match win against Cambridgeshire!

It’s brilliant to see young local talent being supported, given opportunities to develop their skills and compete at county level. We’re proud to play a small part in supporting the next generation and helping grassroots sport thrive in our local community.

A huge well done to the team on their first win – we wish you all the very best for the rest of the season!

A Proud Milestone at Monks House Lane, Spalding!

We are delighted to announce the successful handover of the first five homes at our Monks House Lane, (Monks Meadow) Spalding development to our valued partners, Accent Group Ltd.

This marks the beginning of a fantastic new community, with a total of 70 high-quality mixed tenure homes being delivered to local residents.
Designed with sustainability and energy efficiency at their heart, every home benefits from:

We love receiving updates like this from our residents. It looks like one very happy homeowner is making the most of the recent warm weather at Putters Place!

A big thank you to our resident for sharing this photo, and we're delighted to hear she's also been enjoying plenty of fuss and cuddles from Kim, Luke and Colin on site. 🐶🔨

This Men’s Health Week, we're encouraging everyone to take a moment to check in on themselves and those around them.

The construction and housing industry is built on resilience, hard work and determination, but it's important to remember that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after our physical health. Too often, people feel they need to face challenges alone when support is available.

At Seagate Homes, we recognise the importance of creating a culture where conversations around mental health are encouraged, and where people feel comfortable reaching out when they need help.

We would also like to highlight the incredible work of the Lighthouse Charity, which provides free and confidential 24/7 emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support for construction workers and their families. Their services include a dedicated helpline, live web chat, text support and a range of wellbeing resources specifically tailored to our industry.
