Last week, our Leadership Team came together in Solihull for our quarterly senior team meeting, and an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from across our portfolio and revisit our shared team objectives. 💻

🤝 Alongside our partners, Dwelly, we shared updates on key market legislation, discussed the upcoming Phase 2 of the Renters’ Rights Act, and the implementation of our sector-leading AI property management model.

Earlier this week, our Regional Director, Rebecca, was 1 Mill Street | Leamington Spa recording a podcast on the upcoming Phase 2 of the UK Renters’ Rights Act.🎤

💡 Following the implementation of Phase 1 earlier this year, Phase 2 includes a requirement for landlords in England to register their property on an online government portal.

🗓️ This rollout begins with the West Midlands on 15th December 2026.

In this latest podcast episode, Rebecca also shares an update on our new SBK Lettings brand, which is being rolled out across our portfolio.
