Delighted to have secured full planning permission for a replacement house in the Shropshire countryside.
The project involves demolishing an extended cottage dating back to the mid-1800s and replacing it with a larger home in a different orientation. There were several hurdles to overcome, including the size and positioning of the proposed house and whether demolition of the original cottage was acceptable in planning terms.
From the initial advice and pre-application enquiry through to the full planning application, Shaun Jones Planning and Rural guided the clients through the planning process to achieve a successful result.
It’s always rewarding to help clients move forward with their plans, particularly when a proposal raises several planning challenges.
Thank you to Wendy for the kind words and for trusting Shaun Jones Planning and Rural with the project.
