Autumn is the perfect excuse to rethink the bedroom 🍂

This season, bedrooms are getting earthier, more tactile and a whole lot cosier. Here are the three trends to know:

01 | Warmer palettes
Clay, terracotta and creamy neutrals bring an instant sense of warmth. Swap cool greys for tones with a little more depth.

02 | Richer materials
Walnut, smoked oak, linen and wool. Pair a rich wood with a soft, natural weave and let the contrast do the work.

03 | Beautiful details
Handles and k***s in warm metals are now a feature in their own right. New hardware is one of the easiest ways to refresh furniture you already own.

Our very own interior designer Carol is bringing the look into her dining room this month with warm stone grey, natural hessian, terracotta and tan (plus plenty of cushions and throws!).

One day, TWO of London’s big names in interiors 💪🏼

Our Interior Design Manager Carol, has headed south this week for Decorex International | Europe’s Luxury Interior Design Show at Olympia and while there couldn’t resist a visit to the Design Centre Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour - Luxury Interiors, Chelsea Harbour: an entire building given over to interior design! 🖊️

Seeing finishes, fabrics, lighting and furniture in person is how we make sure the interiors on a Switch project are specified with the same care as the structure behind them 💡

And because interiors sit in the same team as our planners, architects and build crew, what’s chosen at design stage is what gets delivered on site 🛠️

Plenty of ideas heading back “oop North” for the projects on our boards. Watch this space 👀

What better final phase than a wraparound balcony which is accessed directly from the living room!! 🙌🏼

As we add the finishing touches, we’re taking a moment to enjoy what we’ve created for our client 💪🏼

Following on from our “sneak peek” a few days ago, we’re excited to have received the “official photographs” of our latest completed project.. “The Windmill” 📸

We’ll be releasing before & afters later in the week to show you the journey through each phase, however for now.. we’d like to just enjoy the finished article.. 🙌🏼
