Poolside Lodges We are a family run site located 5 miles from the heart of the city of Norwich and the stunning Norfolk Broads.

Perfect for couples or whole site extended family bookings We have 3 lodges; Poolside (sleeps 4), Palm View (sleeps 2) and Woodside (sleeps 4), all with private hot tubs. We offer weekend breaks, short breaks, holidays and business accommodation. All guests have use of a games room with arcade machines and full size air hockey table, chimney BBQ, gardens and between late May & end September our outdoor heated pool. Ideally placed for weekend getaways where you can explore Norwich and Norfolk and unwind in a hot tub at the end of the day, to holidays where you make family memories. We’ve managed to get Bones out of the pool as it’ll be closing for the season soon, but now he keeps hogging the hot tubs!

23 Oct - 01 Nov (5.30pm & 7.30pm, £10) will blur the boundary between the living and the dead with bone chilling stories and macabre secrets.

29-31 Oct - Spooky Boogie is a night cruise on the Broads with music, fancy dress, just enough to feel spooky without being over the top. Leaving Wroxham at 7pm and getting back around 9:30pm

Hosting is making sure our hot tubs are sparkling clean and warm on arrival.

It’s replacing and upgrading things before they really need replacing, because we want guests to feel comfortable and looked after.

It’s checking to see if the lodges are warm and cosy before guests arrive.

It’s personally greeting guests and being available if there are any questions or help needed.

It’s answering emails late at night when businesses are closed until the morning.

And those tiny details we obsess over? They’re exactly the things guests remember.
