π‘ Got a gap between houses on your land?
You may be able to build on it.
In the Northern Ireland countryside, planning policy allows an "infill" dwelling: up to two new homes in a small gap within an otherwise built-up road frontage.
The rules are strict. Applications are often refused because the gap is too big, the frontage isn't continuous, or the plot doesn't match its neighbours.
That's where we come in. At CD Architects we'll:
β
Look at your site and tell you honestly if it qualifies
β
Measure the frontage and plot sizes properly
β
Design a home that fits the area
β
Handle the planning application from start to finish
