Welcome home! 🏡

Our first two Beeston Park homes have been handed over.

This is the moment we have been building towards, in every sense of the word. From the very first brick laid to the moment we handed over the keys, every decision and every detail has been leading to this.

To our first Beeston Park homeowners, welcome. We hope every morning you wake up here reminds you why you chose Beeston Park, and we cannot wait to watch your story unfold within these walls.

The next chapter of Beeston Park starts today.

A very welcome visit to Beeston Park this week 🏗️

We were delighted to welcome the team from Keystone Lintels to site on Thursday, as they joined us to film a case study capturing the story of our collaboration at Beeston Park from the very beginning to where we stand today.

It was a brilliant opportunity to reflect on how far this remarkable development has come, and to share the thinking, craftsmanship, and care that have gone into every decision along the way, including the lintels that quite literally hold it all together.

Keystone Lintels are the largest manufacturer of steel lintels in the UK and Ireland, and their commitment to finding smart construction solutions at every stage of a project aligns perfectly with the standards we hold ourselves to at Beeston Park.

We cannot wait to share the full case study when it lands. Watch this space 👀

The ones that got away... 🏡

Plot 1, The Bodmin. Plot 3, The Hereford. Plot 5, The Kenmore. Three exceptional homes, each found their forever family.

But the story at Beeston Park is far from over.

The Wick, The Tarporley and the fully bespoke Avon are still available and waiting for the families that will make them their own. And with further Hereford and Bodmin homes coming in later phases, the opportunity to own a piece of Beeston Park is not gone , it is simply evolving.

If you missed out this time, make sure you are first in line for what comes next. Summer evenings just hit differently at Beeston Park ☀️

Throw open the aluminium sliding doors, let the warm air roll in and feel the inside and outside become one. Whether you are hosting friends around a beautifully designed, bespoke SieMatic kitchen, enjoying a quiet evening under the lantern roofed orangery or simply soaking up the last of the light from your private patio, every detail of a Beeston Park home has been designed for exactly this kind of evening.

Outside, extensive landscaping sets the scene. Turfed front and rear gardens, mature trees, ornamental shrubs, natural buff stone pathways and patios, golden resin bound driveways and traditional Cheshire red brick walls with wrought iron railings.

Welcome to evenings of luxury that you never want to end ⚜️

There is nothing quite like the glow of red Cheshire brick in the sunshine 🧱☀️

And the very best is, of course, Imperial Bricks!

The warm, distinctive Imperial Blend, handmade in Shropshire just an hour from our site, gives Beeston Park its signature character. Blended red and orange tones, subtle weathering and a reclamation finish that makes our new homes feel as though they have always belonged here.

You can find the Imperial Blend in home types such as The Hereford and The Tarporley, pictured, and across our bespoke Avon... with more to come!

Come and see that unmistakable glow for yourself 🌟

Made for summer, built for every season ☀️

Designed for exactly this kind of day. Aluminium sliding doors open wide onto private landscaped gardens, filling your living space with summer light and making the inside and outside feel like one.

And yet the beauty of a Beeston Park home is that it was never just built for summer. Underfloor heating, spa-like bathrooms, individually designed SieMatic kitchens and open-plan spaces that feel as considered on a grey October afternoon as they do on the sunniest day of the year.

This is a home for every season. And right now, summer is calling 🌿

Beeston Park in the sunshine ☀️

A few moments from around the site this week, as our teams worked tirelessly through the heatwave to bring Beeston Park closer to its very best. The heat has been relentless. The progress, even more so.

We see summers of spritzes, sun tans and solar panels in our very near future 🍹
