A look back at our Regent’s View Showcase in Malaysia!

It was great to welcome guests over the weekend and share more about Regent’s View by Berkeley Group, a beautiful canalside development in Bethnal Green, East London.

Alongside the property showcase, we had some really valuable discussions around the London rental market following the Renters’ Rights Act, UK property ownership and tax planning for overseas investors.

London leads in property ownership by overseas companies. 🌍

Our latest research shows that 43% of property titles held by overseas companies across England and Wales are in Greater London, totalling 39,172 titles.

Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea combined account for 37.3% of London’s total, with other notable concentrations in Tower Hamlets, Camden, Wandsworth, Lambeth and Southwark.
