Established in 1998 we specialize in providing studio apartments in Central and West London. We have experienced, friendly staff who will help you find a suitable flat. We have an in house maintenance team looking after all our properties and dealing with all repairs and technical issues that may arise during your tenancy. As representatives of the Landlords we have a vested interest in the upkeep of our flats. We have a range of single and double studios, the majority of which are self-contained offering you a high level of privacy and comfort. The rent includes the following bills: electricity, water and heating. We provide free broadband internet and free selected sky and digital channels. All the studio flats are fully furnished and the package comes with:
- LCD TVs;
- Free sky Channels including Sky Sport 1;
- Free Internet and in selected studios Free ultra fast 100 mega bite internet broadband;
Air Conditioning in selected studios. Security is paramount, and all buildings are equipped with CCTV in the common areas, electronic FOB Key Entry System at the main door and high security locks for each apartment door.

Quiet street, two tube lines, and a fair bit of West London on foot. 🏙️

Fairholme Road is a Victorian terrace that stays residential in a way a lot of W14 doesn't. West Kensington station is five minutes away on the District line, Barons Court is seven on the Piccadilly line, and Earls Court, Hammersmith, Kensington Olympia and Chelsea are all walkable from the front door.

Our studios here include some of the more interesting layouts we have, with duplex and split-level options, private balconies, and a couple with their own patio.

But one of the best bits is what's covered.
