We’ve recently completed this beautiful loft conversion in Wakefield, and the attention to detail throughout this project has been absolutely outstanding! 👏

✨ A stunning master bedroom with a Juliet balcony, complete with glass balustrading to give uninterrupted views.

✨ A walk-in wardrobe with bespoke fitted wardrobes, finished in some lovely colours that really bring the space together.

✨ Beautiful external brickwork – the bricks have been matched so well that you genuinely cannot tell the property has been extended!

✨ An absolutely stunning bathroom, finished to an exceptional standard with some fantastic design choices.

What really stands out on this project is the attention to detail in every single part of the conversion. From the brickwork outside to the smallest finishing touches inside, everything has been carefully thought through.

🏡 Another Loft Conversion Completed in West Park, Leeds! 🧡🖤

We’ve recently completed this loft conversion in West Park, Leeds, along with some alterations downstairs.

It’s always nice when previous customers come back to us! We originally carried out work on their front porch a few years ago, and they trusted us again to transform their loft space.

As part of this project, we’ve also installed a bespoke fitted wardrobe and created a lovely new bathroom, which has been beautifully decorated and finished by the customers themselves! 👏

🏡 Another Stunning Transformation by ATR Properties! 🏡

After completing the loft conversion for this family last year, we came back this year to transform their downstairs living space!🤩

This time, we’ve completed a great 6m x 3m rear extension, creating a fantastic open-plan family area.

The project includes:

✅ A stunning new open-plan kitchen with island

✅ A spacious dining and seating area

✅ A dedicated play area for the kids

✅ A downstairs toilet

✅ A fully fitted utility room

The finished result looks fantastic, giving the family so much more space to enjoy.

These van photos popped up as it’s been 10years, and it’s taken me right back. 🧡

October 2016. We were living in the house I grew up in, raising our family, working long days and just trying to build. At the time, I dont think I could have imagined where the next 10 years would take us.

ATR Properties had started just two years earlier, in 2014, the picture of Frankie is when her and the wife Kayli went around Horsforth leafleting, to one woman’s dismay 😂. Both kids are never too far away from the Buisness in the holidays, and will hopefully be the future. 🤞

Looking at where we are today, I genuinely can’t believe how far we’ve come.

What makes me especially proud is that 3 of the lads who I first took on with me back in 2016 are still with me to this day. 👏

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that a business is only as good as the people around it. The right team, great friends and people you can trust make everything possible.✅

I’m thankful for every single person who has played a part in the ATR journey, past and present. Well, most 😂 None of what we’ve achieved happens without the people who have stood beside us, believed in us at a young age and turned up every day.🙏

From starting out in 2014, to three vans in 2016, to where we are today, what a journey! Not all plain sailing, but absolutely loved it. 🧡

Surround yourself with good people and build good relationships. They’re the ones who make the success possible. 🤝

And we are nowhere near finished yet.💪🏻
