And another lovely home matched to its ideal buyer ❤️

We have had lots of interest in this gorgeous semi detached home in Methley, but mainly from people who needed to sell their own homes.

After viewing a couple of months ago, the buyers fell head over heels in love with it and made an offer straight away, but subject to selling their own home.

Luckily they have now secured a buyer and can move forward with their offer and can’t wait to make it their own! We’ll have this one with the Solicitors ready for Monday.

‼️‼️ MOVING DAY ‼️‼️

It’s been a busy week for completions this week with one on Monday and 2 today.

This is my very favourite part of my job - seeing all the hard work come to fruition and sellers and buyers completing their journeys, whether that be due to making their first purchase, investment, moving on, divorce or probate.
