A proper summer evening on The Deck last week.

We got everyone together up on The Deck at OSiT Monument for our summer party, and the brief was simple: bring a hat. Everyone did, and the results were better than we had any right to expect. Flat caps, sun hats, and plenty in between.

Pizza, cold drinks, and the whole City laid out behind us. The Thames, The Shard and Tower Bridge all doing their bit while the sun went down over the rooftops.

Thank you to everyone who came up and made it what it was. This is exactly the sort of evening our spaces are built for, and a good reminder that the best part of any office is usually the people in it.

Here’s to a good summer, and to the next get-together on The Deck.

7 days to go! ⏳

One week until our Managing Director, Georgia Sandom, takes to the stage at PropTech Connect Europe 2026.

Georgia joins the panel ‘The New Flex Office Playbook: The Rise of the Occupier-Led Market’, looking at what is really holding back enterprise adoption of flexible workspace and what it takes to become the enterprise partner of choice. As occupiers get more sophisticated, winning them over is about far more than flexibility alone.

She’ll be alongside Jack Allison , Yalpesh Pajwani, Jonas Schmid and Catherine Le Druillenec with the session moderated by Natasha Patel.

📍 Commercial Stage, Second Floor
🗓️ Wednesday 9 September, 1:15pm to 1:55pm

With over 15 years in commercial real estate, Georgia brings real insight into how flexible workspace can drive genuine value for occupiers.

If you’re heading to Europe’s largest real estate tech event, come and watch her shine. Tickets are in the link below. 😁
