Once a year, we down tools and take stock. 🏺

This year's annual off site brought the whole Beau Property team together for a proper day of big conversations, new project planning and a good look at what's coming down the pipeline.

We talked through everything that needed addressing, mapped out what's next and made sure we're all pulling in the same direction.

Then we swapped the boardroom for a pottery class, which was, quite frankly, a humbling experience for everyone involved. 😄

Brilliant food, brilliant drinks and a cracking day with an even better team. This is what Beau Property looks like behind the scenes.

🚫 Section 21 no fault evictions are gone
📈 Rent increases are capped at once a year
🔨 Rental bidding wars are banned outright

⚖️ A new ombudsman will give tenants a proper route to complain
🏠 By 2030, rental properties must have an EPC rating of C or above

2️⃣ What's actually included as standard versus an "optional extra"?
3️⃣ What is the developer's aftercare and snagging policy?
