We are looking to add to our Future Let team. We require someone to carry out Property Inspections on a part-time basis, throughout Harlow and the surrounding areas, approximately 16 hours per week @£15.00 per hour, plus fuel allowance (hours are flexible).

Part-time Property Inspector required.

Location: Harlow & surrounding areas
Hours: Part-time / Flexible
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable Property Inspector to carry out regular inspections of our residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough property inspections.
• Check cleanliness, condition and general upkeep.
• Identify damage, neglect and maintenance issues.
• Take photographs and complete brief inspection reports.
• Report any concerns to management.
• Deal professionally with occupants.

Requirements

• Reliable, trustworthy and highly observant.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with occupants.
• Able to work independently.
• Property management, lettings or maintenance
experience preferred.
• Driving licence and own vehicle essential.
