Terms & Conditions: Referral must be registered with Harrisons Reeve before the referred homeowner instructs us. The referred homeowner must not already have instructed Harrisons Reeve or be an existing active sales prospect at the time of referral. The referred homeowner must enter into a sales agency agreement with Harrisons Reeve and their property sale must successfully complete, with Harrisons Reeve's agency fee paid in full. The £200 referral reward will then be paid to the person who made the successful referral. One referral reward is payable per completed property sale. Where more than one person claims the same referral, the first qualifying referral registered with Harrisons Reeve will apply. Referrers should not provide another person's contact details without their permission. Harrisons Reeve reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion for future referrals.
