If you are looking for a counselling space then we offer flexible room hire for individuals, family and small groups by half day or full day. We also have a range of sole occupancy long term lets.

🌿 Counselling CPD 🌿

Discover how attachment theory comes alive in the therapy room in this engaging three-hour experiential workshop. Participants will deepen their understanding of attachment patterns, co-regulation, nervous-system safety cues, relational repair and therapeutic presence - and explore how these shape the therapeutic relationship.

Through guided attachment reflection, attendees will learn to recognise attachment dynamics, respond more effectively to relational distress and support greater safety and connection with clients. Participants will leave with an embodied understanding of attachment and practical approaches they can apply directly in their clinical work.

The workshop is suitable for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as trainees who have a firm understanding of counselling theory and practice.

CPD: 3 hours

About the trainer: Leigh Smith is a highly qualified trauma specialist with three decades of experience as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Having founded and successfully led a counselling college, Leigh brings extensive knowledge of therapist development, clinical practice and relational learning. She now runs a private practice and offers a warm, grounded and engaging approach that helps therapists translate complex theory into meaningful, embodied clinical practice.

£25 hub members / £40 non-hub members - limited to 12 places.

Located on the lower ground floor, Sage Room offers a calm, welcoming environment for practitioners and their clients, with the added benefit of our reception team greeting your clients on arrival.

🌟 Meet Our Members 🌟

Our Wellbeing Hub is built on the people who bring their practice, care and professionalism into the space every day. Through our monthly feature, Meet Our Members, we introduce one practitioner each month to celebrate the community they help create and the space we’ve built together. This month, we’re delighted to feature Sabrina Evans, Counsellor, who shares her perspective and therapeutic approach in her own words below:

“When life feels heavy, you don’t have to hold it all on your own. There are moments when grief lingers in the background… when unease follows you from task to task…when your chest tightens under the weight of everything…or when you feel stuck, unseen, or simply worn down by the pace of life.

You may be navigating change, moving through a transition, healing old hurts, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel overwhelming. I offer a calm, steady therapeutic relationship where you don’t have to hold everything alone – a place to slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening inside. Together, we create room for steadiness, clarity, and the parts of you that are ready to be heard.

I have a particular interest in supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs) – those who feel deeply, notice subtleties, and often process the world more intensely than others realise.”

"Hi, my name is Molly (she / her) Whoever you are and whatever you’re coming for, I hope you can find some refuge within my little corner of the world.

I know how it feels to wear a mask, to not feel yourself, or to not fit in. At the heart of my practice is our relationship, we will work together to explore your authenticity and what has shaped you into the person you are today. My belief is that as humans we are taught to be inauthentic and to ‘follow the crowd’. My role is not to solve your problems but to help facilitate self-growth, compassion and to explore the beauty of your uniqueness. Lotus is on the lower ground floor and comes equipped with tea, coffee, water and supplies, a Jungian sandtray and other therapy resources, and a desk space and wi-fi for online work. A therapy / massage table can also be made available.

Room 19 (2nd Floor)

£350 + VAT per month

Both rooms benefit from reception services for your clients, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
