End of the 50th birthday celebrations. Lovely day at Turnberry with clients yesterday. Back into the grind today with a viewing to hopefully get my first deal off the group. 🗝️

Lochview Group is officially up and trading, we’re actively looking for our next property and land opportunities across Scotland. 🏡

We’re interested in both on-market and off-market opportunities, including properties requiring refurbishment, land and development sites.

If you’re considering selling, looking for an investment opportunity, or know someone who might be, please drop me a message. Introductions and shares would be massively appreciated.

Busy week at Lochview Group — and exactly the kind of week we’re looking for.

In the process of closing out a land deal for a new client, with plenty happening behind the scenes to get everything lined up and moving in the right direction.

We’ve also got another viewing lined up for the weekend, continuing the search for opportunities that genuinely stack up rather than simply chasing deals for the sake of it.

And on Saturday, I’ll be in Glasgow for the PCN event — a good opportunity to meet more people in the property space, build relationships and keep learning from others who are actively doing deals.

A lot going on, plenty still to do, but good momentum building.

Find the opportunity. Make the connection. Create the deal.

Brilliant strategy call with Dylan this afternoon.

Plenty of honest advice, fresh thinking and practical ideas around how we can really move the needle for Lochview Group.

Now it’s time to put it into action 🚀

Dylan really is at the top of his game. Give him a shout if you want to add value to your business - Dylan King

Gutted I don’t have more to report but thankfully this is the first video out the way. 😂😂🫣Need a videographer I think 😂😂. The moral of the story - there are plenty deals to be had. Just get out there and take action, any action.

Apparently, I’m on holiday this week… nobody told Lochview Group. 😂

A few days away from the day job means a few days to keep building the dream. Plenty happening behind the scenes, and the momentum isn’t slowing down.

No complaints. I asked for this. 💪🏡
