5 YEARS OF PROP OP 🏡

What started in 2021 with four people and a shared vision has grown into a team of 11 and this year, we’re proud to celebrate 5 years of Prop Op.

At the heart of the business are our four directors - Andrew, Katie, Emma & Ben, bringing together an incredible 60 years of combined experience across property and the industry.

But Prop Op has always been about more than property.

Emma & Ben are married, while Andrew & Katie are partners with a young family and that close-knit, family feel has remained a huge part of the business as the team has continued to grow.

Five years on, PropOp are now a team of 11, helping investors and landlords through the property journey from sourcing and securing opportunities to refurbishment, letting and management.
