🏡 Property management isn’t all emails, spreadsheets and sitting behind a desk!

At PPL, we like to get out there and be hands-on with the properties we manage. 🙌

👋 Danika is out carrying out property viewings, as well as keeping on top of the legal side of things.

🔑 Niamh attends check-ins and check-outs and keeps those pesky maintenance issues under control.

🏠 Briony helps with the day-to-day running of PPL and gets out and about meeting new landlords at properties they need us to let.

Why does being hands-on matter?

Because it means we know our properties, we know our landlords and we know our tenants.

And quite often, being there in person means we can spot the little things before they turn into big (and expensive!) things. 👀🛠️

Our priorities are pretty simple:

📞 Keep our landlords in the loop
🔧 Stay on top of maintenance
