The Cottage is now restored & available to rent for a couple or an individual. We now have broadband so guests can stay connected.

It has been approved by the NITB and we look forward to welcoming guests who we hope will enjoy a break in rural Co Antrim.

It was with shock and sorrow we heard of the sudden passing of Keith, who together with his Father, worked on turning Phyllis's Cottage from the collapsing building into the wonderful cottage it is today. The cottage is a tribute to their skill and expertise.
Keith was a wonderful builder, gardener and friend and will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.

Delighted to say that as Series 2 of Restoration Rescue is underway, Series 1 is available on BBC iplayer. For anyone who missed the restoration of Phyllis's Cottage first time round there is another opportunity to see the work in progress -

Patrick travels to Lough Neagh to meet a husband and wife restoring a fisherman's cottage.

The cottage is available from the 13th July, ready for the golf. Ideal for those who want to be within easy reach of Portrush (an hour's drive, or 10 mins to Antrim Train station and go by train) and far enough way to ensure a peaceful stay.
Sleeps 2 in a king size bed, has a lovely kitchen and cosy sitting room.

The cottage has had a fresh coat of lime wash, just in time to sparkle in the sunshine. Next step is to ask the wonderful Anneka of Flower Power to do some planters for the front and it will be ready to welcome guests this summer.
