Our team has been out in Claye-Souilly, just outside Paris, carrying out another improvement to site safety and security.

We don’t just keep our clients safe and secure across the UK — we deliver the same high standards across Europe. 🇬🇧🤝🇫🇷

This time, we’ve replaced an old, tired and derelict barrier with a shiny new, powder-coated barrier that’s safe, secure and fit for purpose. 💪

Another great job by the team, helping to maintain standards and deliver practical security solutions wherever our clients need us.

It wouldn’t be facilities management without a Sunday afternoon emergency call-out!

We were called to one of our retail clients in Lincoln after a vehicle drove through the shopfront.

Our engineer attended alongside the emergency services to make the area safe and secure, helping to minimise disruption and protect the site.

Great work from Team Evolve! 👏

We’ve been on a client’s site today making safe and repairing paving slabs that had become loose on a set of steps, creating a genuine health and safety hazard.

Our engineers were on site today to re-lay and secure the affected slabs, ensuring the area was made safe and fit for use.

Top job, team Evolve! 👏

Fast, effective response and quality workmanship — that’s the norm here at Evolve FM.

Our engineer has been out in sunny Leicester, getting these islands painted and ready for the installation of the new automatic barriers at this retail park. 🚧☀️

Another job getting prepared for a smooth installation and improved site access.

We are excited to welcome Harry Lever to the Evolve family as Technical Director of our newly formed Technical Services division.

Harry brings extensive experience delivering large-scale HVAC projects across the UK, and his knowledge and expertise will be a fantastic addition to the team as we continue to grow.

Dan our Managing Director shares a few words on the recent appointment.

It’s really important to me that, as Evolve develops, we have the right people in the right specialist departments, ensuring we can provide our clients with the best possible advice, the right solutions, and consistently high levels of service.

Our aim is simple: to exceed expectations and continue building a Facilities Management provider that our clients can trust and rely on.

Welcome to the team, Harry — great to have you with us! 👏

Our engineers have been on site this morning with one of our automotive clients.

Following the recent installation of their automatic gates, they asked us to install a low-level Armco barrier to help prevent vehicles and pedestrians coming into contact with the gates while opening and closing.

The team got the job done ✔️

All completed in-house, with no subcontracting. Because we care about the quality of the work and, most importantly, the end result for every client.
