🧁🍰 The Great OpenArch Bake-Off! 🍪🥐

Our office got a whole lot sweeter! 🎉 Our team rolled up their sleeves, preheated their ovens, and brought their baking A-game to the OpenArch Bake-Off! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

From delicious cakes and brownies to tempting tarts and savoury treats, our table was overflowing with homemade goodies, creativity, and a whole lot of love. ❤️

It's the perfect recipe for bringing our team together, a little friendly competition, plenty of tasting, and lots of smiles! 😋🏆

We’re already looking forward to the next slice of fun! 🎂✨

💛 OpenArch supports YoungMinds’ Hello Yellow Campaign! 💛
On 9th October, OpenArch proudly took part in ’ annual Hello Yellow campaign to show our support for young people’s mental health.

We all have days when we struggle with how we’re feeling, and sometimes it’s hard to know how to cope or where to turn for support.

For many young people, finding the help they need, when they need it, isn’t always easy. They may not know who to talk to, where to seek help, or realise that they’re not alone in how they feel.

💛 Together, we can make a difference. By taking part in Hello Yellow, we helped raise awareness, break down the stigma surrounding mental health, and encourage open conversations about how we’re feeling.

But supporting young people’s mental health shouldn’t stop after one day. It matters all year round. Let’s keep checking in on one another, listening, and reminding young people that they are never alone.

🏠 Lettings Property Manager

Are you proactive, customer-focused and ready for your next step in property?

As a Lettings Property Manager, you’ll support the full lettings journey, from marketing properties and conducting viewings to managing applications and tenancy paperwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Marketing properties and managing enquiries

✔️ Conducting viewings and negotiating lets

✔️ Coordinating check-ins, check-outs and inventories with our in-house inventory clerk

✔️ Managing deposits and end-of-tenancy processes

✔️ Liaising with our in-house maintenance team, handling property issues

✔️ Providing excellent customer service and helping minimise void periods

🚗 Please note, a full UK manual driving licence is required, along with a clean DBS check.

🔧 Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

Our Assistant Maintenance Coordinator will help keep the maintenance department flowing seamlessly, supporting the team to deliver an efficient and responsive service across our properties.

The role will include:

✔️ Supporting the maintenance team with day-to-day coordination and administration.

✔️ Helping keep maintenance jobs moving efficiently

✔️ Assisting with contractor and internal team communication

✔️ Keeping on top of property compliance requirements

✔️ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring important information is up to date

✔️ Helping provide a smooth service for landlords, tenants and colleagues

💻 This is an office-based role, with agile working opportunities available.

🏔️ A huge congratulations to our colleague Rebekah on completing the Snowdon Challenge! 👏💙

We're incredibly proud of Rebekah for taking on the climb to the summit of Snowdon to raise money for Men's Minds Matter, a charity dedicated to preventing su***de by providing life-saving psychological support, intervention, and research for people experiencing suicidal thoughts.
