We also have a specialist team, who's sole focus is bathroom and Wet Rooms! They can design these to your ideas, needs and budget, plus install to the highest of standards. One branch of our team, specialises in sourcing properties&btaining mortgages. They can advise you on first time mortgages, right through to large investment/borrowing or bridging loans etc. We have an excellent financial adviser on board, with many years experience, who can offer his services as and when you may require them! Some of our current projects, around Cornwall! These include an external render upgrade on a property in lostwithiel, a bungalow refurb in North Cornwall, an exciting project in Rock, a completed bungalow freshen up/renovation, which is now on the market in Bodmin, and some new cladding to a house, also in Bodmin. We are also due to start phase two on our high spec cottage renovation, which will be ready for market next spring!
