What makes a useful check-out report? 🏡

A good check-out report should leave as little room for ambiguity as possible.

By comparing the property’s condition at the end of the tenancy against the original inventory and check-in, it provides a clear record of what has changed, what may be considered fair wear and tear, and where further attention could be needed.

That level of detail can make conversations at the end of a tenancy much clearer for landlords, letting agents and tenants, and provide valuable evidence should a dispute arise.
