Pink Property Ltd, an established independent estate and letting agency based in East Yorkshire, is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable individual to provide temporary administrative support to our busy property management team.

This is a home-based position, offering flexible, part-time working hours, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable working independently.

What will the role involve?

✅ Managing and updating records within our property management software.
✅ Logging maintenance requests and coordinating appointments between tenants and contractors.
✅ Following up on outstanding maintenance works and ensuring jobs progress efficiently.
✅ Communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors by telephone and email.
✅ Maintaining accurate records, updating job statuses and monitoring outstanding tasks.
✅ Providing general administrative support to our Property Manager.

Who are we looking for?

✔️ Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented.
✔️ Confident using computers and learning new software.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Comfortable managing tasks independently while working remotely.
✔️ Proactive, reliable and capable of prioritising workloads.

Previous experience in property management, lettings, maintenance coordination or administration would be advantageous, although not essential. Training on our systems will be provided.

What we're offering

• Approximately 12–16 hours per week.
• Fully remote, work-from-home position.
• Flexible working hours, with availability during normal business hours.
• Initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
• Potential for extension depending on business requirements
• A friendly and supportive team.
