is a fully independent, English/Spanish limited Company ( Sociada Limitada), based in Marbella, with International experience, delivering the best of Southern Spain to your individual requirements. We specialise in property sales and great investment opportunities, with a broad portfolio of high quality distressed properties for optimum market gain. Why pay market price for your apartment, townhouse or villa when you can pay up to 30% less!?! Properties in Spain we negotiate low prices with vendors and Spanish developers who need to sell fast!. Our contacts over the last 15 years with financial institutions ensure that we are first to hear of bank repossessions and special opportunities! We are bi-lingual and moreover, we have raised our families here too, so our overall knowledge and experience of Spain covers a lot more than just the property market alone. We have over 15 years experience working in sales and marketing for two of the more established real estate agencies here on the Costa. Some 8 years ago we established our own business because we learned that big isn't always beautiful and we wanted to provide a more personal service. We therefore offer you the most comprehensive and independent insight as to the opportunities available in Europe's most sought after destination, tailored specifically to your needs and your budget. We do not have glossy brochures and numerous global offices, nor do we hold expensive exhibitions or spend fortunes on advertising campaigns - who foots the bill for this? So where does our business come from? Because of our commitment in attending to even the smallest details, more than 70% of our new clients have been recommended by our previous clients. We have the very best professional contacts throughout the coast, including independent English-speaking lawyers, bankers, mortgage advisers and fiscal representatives etc. We offer a complete after-sales service that is second to none, whether it be renting, property management, maintenance, furnishing, decoration and alterations etc. So whether you're looking for a new or resale apartment, townhouse, villa or plot - albeit as an investment, holiday-home, retirement-home or new permanent home - we'll find you the perfect property or die trying.........
