Launched in 2016, Pollentia Rentals is here to guide you through the sometimes daunting process of finding that perfect holiday rental place for you. We have a wide selection of beach front apartments, villas, townhouses and country houses, to accommodate all group sizes and budgets. They have both been living in Mallorca for over 20 years and have explored much of the island, by car, bike and through their running are here to help you, especially with all those ‘silly questions!’. The whole team is here to make your holiday perfect. We can advise you on the best beaches, restaurants, cycle routes and the ‘other Mallorca’, away from the crowded package holidays.

This beautiful second floor apartment is in the Pollentia Mar block, just two minutes´ from the sea in Puerto Pollensa
There is a charming terrace with a table and chairs for two, which overlooks the communal pool, and characterful apartments. There is even a cheeky view of the sea!
Step inside and the apartment is light, airy and in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and the well-designed sitting room/dining area is open plan. The sofa is a comfortable place to chill out and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a busy day at the beach or by the pool.
Pollentia Mar is a stone´s throw from excellent restaurants and bars, and street parking is available, although a car is not essential.

Finca La Coma is only a short walk from the charming Pollensa Town and an easy 10 minute drive to the coast.
The pool is incredibly inviting. While the terraces offer shaded areas for dining and plenty of sun bathing space to get the perfect tan!

Far de Formentor, the Formentor Lighthouse which is located at the very tip of the formentor peninsular near to Puerto Pollensa. It is the most Northern point of the whole of Mallorca. The road from the Port to the lighthouse is an amazing mountain road taking you out the whole way with the famous Formentor beach half way.
It is a very popular and challenging but equally rewarding cycle route as well.

Sunday Markets here in Pollença are always so enjoyable to wander around, there is always a huge variety of produce and items for sale throughout the market which takes over the main square and streets around it on every Sunday morning.

If you enjoy walking and hiking then Boquer Valley is definitely a place you should explore. Starting from behind the pinewalk are of Port Pollensa this gentle and relatively easy route takes you down the boquer valley to the rocky beach at the end, quite often you'll have the beach to yourselves or just a handful of other people and more than likely a few of the local goats. The views along the way as well as the water at the beach are very rewarding and this adventure is a must in Pollensa.
