The chickens may need an agent of their own. 🐔🎬

Our Oliva “chicken house” has been selected for filming with A Place in the Sun, and the cameras arrive next Thursday!

We’ve always thought this home had a story worth telling. Now it’s getting a camera crew, a 9.30am appointment and absolutely no opportunity to press snooze.

Those of you who’ve followed this one will understand why this makes me smile. A house with character, chickens with opinions… what could possibly go wrong? 😂

Renvida’s next chapter has wheels. 🧡

We’ve been working on something a little different, and now it’s official. Renvida has signed an agreement with Prefab Group to bring Tiny Houses on Wheels to buyers across Spain.

First through the door: BERGEN.

Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate shower room and a mezzanine sleeping loft reached by stairs. Large windows and a sliding glazed door to make this little house feel bright and connected to the outdoors.

At 6.60 metres long and 2.55 metres wide, it makes thoughtful use of its space. Your shoe collection may need a separate conversation. 😄

And there’s room for your ideas too. Houses can be customised to suit individual requirements, with the specification, adaptations and price confirmed in a quotation prepared for you.

You asked to see more… so here it is. 👀

Our Montgó preview certainly got you talking! Ben’s photographs are now ready, and we can finally take you beyond that first glimpse.

There’s quite a bit to explore.
