1. Quién lo publica. En PropertyList, cada alquiler lo publica una agencia o agente registrado en PropertyList.
2. Que no sea anónimo ni copiado de otro portal. Aquí no hay anuncios anónimos.
3. El precio. Lo ves en cada anuncio, sin registrarte.
